In Every case Neuroelectrics Support team will need the following information:

Serial Number of your device (Eyyyymmdd-xx, you can find it on a Black Label on the opposite part of the NE Logo), date of purchase.


Evidence: Pictures or recordings showing the defect, the procedure, the test performed, the setup, etc.
