Option A: Device won´t turn ON
1.Check if the Device is Charged
Make sure the device is fully charged. Plug it into the power supply using the specific charger (uHDMI connector).
Look for the charging LED:
Yellow light = charging
Green light = fully charged
No light = possible charging or hardware issue
If there’s no light, try:
A different wall socket
A different charger (if available)
2. Hold the Power Button
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. A short press won’t turn it on.
If still unresponsive, leave it plugged in for 10–15 minutes and try again.
3. No LED or Reaction Even When Charging?
If the device doesn't show any LED lights while charging, and the power button still does nothing:
It may indicate a deeper hardware issue that would require technical inspection at our facilities. If this is the case, please contact us with the device’s serial
Option B: Device won´t turn OFF (power button unresponsive)
Plug the device to the charger for 10 seconds and unplug it, it should turn off.
If it does not turn off --> Let the device fully discharge, then check the orange light when charging.
Charge it for 30 mins at most and turn on again. Verify that it can connect to NIC software and can be turned off. If so, problem solved.
If problem continues, the device must be repaired.
So far the root cause is unknown.
