When installing NIC in Windows, you might encounter with an error due to missing files, such as:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click of to close the application."

This means that your Windows computer is missing some .dll files.

Please download: https://aka.ms/vc14/vc_redist.x86.exe

Execute it and the missing .dll files error will dissapear.

If the error persists please contact support@neuroelectrics.com explaining the procedures followed and the version of NIC that is not working.
